If the link we’ve provided for redemption doesn’t open properly, or isn’t working as you would expect it to, we would advise trying the following steps:
- Copy and paste the link into your browser, rather than clicking on it directly from the confirmation email
- Ensure you are copying the full link - missing even one character from the link will cause an error to occur. Similarly, check for spaces on either side of the link
- Try another device - if you’re currently trying the link on your phone, try it on a computer/laptop instead, and vice versa
- Clear cache in your browser - this will remove the data from any previous attempts to open the link, and can be done within your browser settings
If you are using a discount code
When using a discount code on a third party redemption site, they need to be formatted correctly in order for them to be recognised. If your code doesn’t seem to be working or is showing as invalid/expired, please try the following steps:
- Copy and paste the code rather than type it in - even if it’s a short code that you can remember, as this will ensure it’s formatted in exactly the way it was given to us
- Check for spaces either side of the code - if you’ve accidentally included a space at the end when copying, this will result in the whole code not being recognised
- Check for case sensitivity, and ensure all capitals are present where necessary
- Wait 45 minutes if the code does not work or gives an error before trying again
