Redemption Link Booking Journeys + Where To Find The Discount Code

Some of our events require you to redeem the tickets on a third party website in order to validate them and confirm your booking.

Here we’ll go through how to redeem the tickets, and where to find your discount code if your booking requires one.

The first thing to check is the instructions within your confirmation email, as this includes a step-by-step guide for redemption, under the Important Information section.

When you open the redemption link, you’ll be taken to the event organiser’s website, or an alternative ticketing platform. In some cases, the link will already have the free or discounted ticket option available, which means you won’t need to include a discount code.

If this is the case, you can add your desired quantity of tickets, which must match the amount of vouchers purchased from Tickets For Good, and proceed through to the checkout stage.

(Note: the screenshots used in this tutorials are simply examples, and the location of each field will differ depending on the event and third party website).

Other events will require a discount code in order to reduce the price of the tickets on the third party website.

If this is required, the code will always be included in your booking confirmation - either within the redemption instructions, or in the bottom right corner.

When you open the redemption link, the location of the field to enter the discount code will differ from one event to another, so you may need to have a quick scan of the page to find it.

Once you’ve applied the code, the new price as detailed in the pricing information of the event listing will show. This may be a reduced price, or zero depending on the offer.

If the updated price isn’t showing, the code isn’t recognised, or the event is showing as sold out, you can try this article within our Help Centre to troubleshoot the problem.
