Have you read the important information?
We include vital information in your TFG booking confirmation emails, please ensure you have read it in full every time you make a purchase as action may be required.
As we work with a multitude of different event organisers from diverse genres, how you get your tickets will vary. Our event listings and your booking confirmations will contain information specific to that event.
You can find further general written information here.
Don't get your dates mixed up!
As simple as it sounds, we've all been there; check the date and time before booking, ensuring no clashes. Double check the date & time on your email confirmation once booked and immediately note it in your diary. Due to the nature of donated tickets, they are sold on a no refund/exchange basis and we hate to disappoint you.
Transport & parking
Have you checked where the venue is and the best transport routes? We attach a map to all our event listings as well as a link to Google Maps in our email confirmations. It is best to plan your journey ahead and check for any transport disruptions to avoid any last minute stress or disappointment.
Driving? We do not offer booking services for parking via the TFG site and this needs to be done via the event organisers directly. We endeavour to provide this information on our listings where possible and link to the organiser's site on our event pages and email confirmations for further information. Please take a moment to check parking options and locations in advance.
Event policies & guides
It's always best to check the organiser's site for their own policies regarding things like bag restrictions or dress codes. While we endeavour to highlight non-standard policies on our own listings, we do ask you to be vigilant on event specific information to be prepared on the day.
For larger events such as festivals, we highly recommend you take time to check the FAQ pages on the organiser's site too. They will provide detailed information about various related topics, such as what to take with you, what is prohibited on site and camping information to name a few.
We always provide a link to their site on our event listings and confirmation emails for easy access to relevant information.
Don't dilly-dally
Always leave ample time to get to your event. Plan with road works, delays and bag searches in mind. It will result in a much more relaxed and enjoyable experience if you're not sweating buckets on arrival!
