We require our members to confirm their login email address in order for their account to be verified and active.
If you’re not receiving the verification email, then we encourage you to check your spam + junk folders, as they can sometimes be delivered there.
If you’ve received the verification email but you’re unable to open the link, then you’ll need to speak to the IT department of your employer to ensure there are no blocks on your work email which are preventing you from opening the link. By doing so, you will also be helping other employees from your workplace who may experience the same blocker during sign up so thank you!
